Our Process

David McMeekin founded the Mosaic Company in 2008 and rebranded it in 2015 as Leo Home Repairs to improve the brand and reflect his personal values. Inspired by his Leo zodiac sign, the lion symbolizes strength, pride, and purpose. The brand and its bold colors capture David's personality and uniqueness.  As the owner of Leo Home Repairs, David brings over seventeen years of industry experience and a deep connection to his hometown of Reston, Virginia. He is a master carpenter and jack of all handyman trades. A South Lakes High School alumnus who cares about building a supportive community. David is passionate about finding creative solutions for home repairs, treating each client's home with the care and attention he would his own. David prides himself on being the go-to Handyman in Reston, Virginia.
